What is an aluminium partition with polycarbonate?
Aluminium partition with polycarbonate filling is a finished element for the side development of a balcony, terrace, pergola or gazebo. The product is supplied as a complete frame with fitted infill.
Aluminium frame 60 × 40 mm - partition support structure
The frame is made of 60 × 40 mm aluminium profiles.* Aluminium construction provides:
- maintaining the geometry of the entire partition,
- resistance to deformation,
- durability under various weather conditions.
The frame does not have a decorative function - it is the load-bearing element of the entire panel.
10 mm cellular polycarbonate - permanent light and wind protection
Filling made of 10 mm thick cellular polycarbonate. The material:
- transmits light,
- reduces the direct effect of wind,
- forms a homogenous covering surface,
- works well in external enclosures.
Polycarbonate colours available:
- transparent,
- milky (opal),
- graphite.
Where will an aluminium partition with polycarbonate infill work?
This variant is used as:

Delivery of aluminium partition with polycarbonate
You can collect your ordered partition directly from our premises or order delivery by courier. The product is delivered as a complete frame with embedded polycarbonate filling.
Installation - what you need to know
The partition must be levelled and securely fastened to the supporting structure - to the sides, bottom and top. Correct fastening ensures even load transfer and stability of the entire structure.
Fasten the frames to the substructure using fasteners suitable for the substrate.
Correct measurement before ordering
The frame is a rigid element. Before ordering, measure the installation location carefully. Measure at three points (bottom, middle, top) and use the narrowest dimension for ordering.
This avoids the situation where the finished frame does not fit into the prepared space.
*The manufacturer allows a dimensional tolerance of up to ±3 mm on the frame profile cross-section.
