At Otwrane.co.uk you can spread the payment over instalments - both in the purchase of products in the shop and in the provision of services (terrace building, roofing). Our partner in financing buildings and canopies is the company Comfino.

Below you have a detailed explanation of the whole process.

Purchase on hire purchase in shop (products)

1. Product selection

For products over £100, you will see information about the possibility of paying by instalments.

In the shopping cart or when placing your order, you select the option:

3. setting the number of instalments

A calculator will appear where you select the number of instalments.

4 Bank selection and application

In the next step, you choose your bank and fill in the form.

You state, among other things:

• name
• PESEL
• address
• income
• number of dependants

Important:
if you run a joint household, you can share expenses between two people.

Sometimes the bank may ask for additional documents, such as:

• certificate of employment
• statement of account

5. the bank's decision

A credit decision usually appears within a few minutes.

6 Order execution

Upon acceptance:

• the bank transfers funds directly to Otwrane.pl
• after receipt of payment, we begin processing the order

Data security

Your data only goes to the bank.
Opened.co.uk does not have access to them.

Here the process looks very similar, but the take-off is different.

1. Contact us

You give our employee ONLY:

You receive a link to the instalment application in the mail. Before you click, make sure the email came from our address, sprzedaz@otwierane.pl or wycena@otwierane.pl. 

2. Filling in the application

You fill in exactly the same form as when you buy in the shop.

3. any amount of funding

You don't have to take instalments on the whole.

You can:

• part paid in cash or by bank transfer
• some of it in instalments

The final instalment amount and the APR depend on the number of instalments chosen, the bank's offer and the customer's individual creditworthiness assessment.

4 Decision and start of implementation

Following a positive decision:

• the bank transfers the funds
• once they have been credited, we will begin processing
