Structural aluminium profiles
Aluminium profiles are basic elements used in the construction of terraces, pergolas and other external structures. They are distinguished by their high rigidity and strength, which translates into the stability of the entire structure. Aluminium is a corrosion-resistant material, which is why aluminium profiles perform excellently in outdoor conditions - regardless of weather changes.
Aluminium profiles 60x40x2.5 mm and 100x50x2 mm
On offer are structural aluminium profiles in the two most frequently selected sections:

60x40x2.5 mm (aluminium beam),

100x50x2 mm.
Each profile comes in three lengths: 1 m, 2 m and 2.9 m, making them adaptable to different projects.

Frequently asked questions
Are aluminium profiles only available in an unpainted version?
No. We offer aluminium profiles in both a raw (unpainted) and powder-coated version in any RAL colour. This allows you to match them to the character of your building - from classic grey to modern anthracite shades.
What are the maximum lengths of aluminium profiles?
The standard lengths available are 1 m, 2 m and 2.9 m. However, it is possible to order profiles up to 400 cm in length, in which case personal collection in Zielonka is obligatory (due to dimensions).
Can aluminium profiles be cut easily?
Yes. Aluminium is an easy material to work with - profiles can be cut to any size using basic carpentry or building tools.
For which structures are aluminium profiles best used?
Structural profiles are suitable for terrace and pergola buildings, the installation of movable blinds, side and triangular canopies, as well as fences or support frames. Thanks to their corrosion resistance, they are suitable for permanent outdoor use.
Do aluminium profiles require maintenance?
No. Aluminium profiles, especially when powder-coated, are virtually maintenance-free - they do not rust and do not require impregnation or additional protection, unlike steel or wooden elements.
