On the face of it, it's a simple solution, but there are a number of specific factors behind the final amount that affect durability and convenience of use. Below we describe the most important elements that make up the cost of the system.

Material - handle quality

The basis of the system is the handles. What raw material they are made from and by what method affects their durability and functionality. On the market you will find handles that are made from recycled plastics, or those that are typically used for containers, pipes, toys or composite boards. Although they have similar resistance to temperatures or chemicals, they are less resistant to deformation, surface degradation or UV radiation than recycled plastics. They are mainly used where price, simplicity and chemical resistance are important, but high rigidity or resistance to permanent deformation under load is not required.

Longer parts require a larger injection mould and more precise cooling, which translates into a higher unit cost.
