Aluminium canopy, 365 × 332 cm, Jasienica

In this project, we present a terrace canopy that we installed at a house in Jasienica. We proposed a structure made from powder-coated aluminium, with a roof of opal multi-wall polycarbonate. This has enabled us to create a functional relaxation area, sheltered from the rain yet well lit by natural light. We completed the design with a straight fascia, LED lighting and side triangles.

When designing this extension, we ensured it blended harmoniously with the main building and helped to organise the space around the external staircase. The dark RAL 7016 profiles contrast with the light-coloured façade, emphasising the house’s modern character and creating a comfortable relaxation area.

What have the owners gained?

• More light under the canopy – We have used milky multi-wall polycarbonate, which protects against the rain whilst effectively diffusing the light.
• More convenient transport – We have created a sheltered area by the terrace entrance and the stairs, making everyday use more comfortable.
• Comfort after dark – We have fitted the structure with LED lighting, which means the terrace can also be used in the evening.
• A refined finish – We have used a straight fascia and side triangles, which give the design a neat, organised look and lend the structure a cohesive appearance.
• Higher property value – We have installed a durable aluminium enclosure, which enhances the functionality of the terrace and improves the property’s appeal.

In Jasienica, we have completed a project in which aesthetics go hand in hand with practical solutions. Thanks to a carefully considered selection of materials and fittings, we have created a canopy that enhances the comfort of everyday life and blends seamlessly into the architecture of the house.
