Wooden partition with movable boards OpenUp System is a finished wood louvre panel designed for installation as a side cover for a balcony, terrace, pergola or gazebo. The product is supplied as a complete frame with wooden planks OpenUp System to insert.

The glulam glulam frame acts as the load-bearing structure. It is responsible for the rigidity, geometry and proper operation of the entire structure. The movable planks allow the access of light, air and moisture to the sheltered space to be regulated.

Fitting and adjusting a timber frame - what you need to know

The partition should be levelled and firmly fixed to the supporting structure - to the sides, bottom and top. Correct seating of the frame ensures that the moving boards work evenly.

Fix the frames to the substructure using the equivalent of wall plugs/screws matched to the substrate type.

If there is resistance to adjustment, it is possible to correct the setting by checking the geometry of the frame and reseating the boards in the brackets.

This measurement will allow you to avoid a situation where the finished frame does not fit into the prepared space.

*The manufacturer allows a dimensional tolerance of up to ±3 mm in the frame section.
