Patio blinds - moving boards and slats: kits for terrace and balcony development
Terrace blinds is a practical solution for side building a terrace, gazebo, balcony or shed. They make it possible to regulate light, circulate air and increase privacy - without sacrificing contact with the outside world. You will find both complete kits with filling and separate brackets for self-assembly of the blinds.
Movable patio blind system - how does it work?
All products in this category are based on a proven Polish system OpenUp System. It is a set of handles - left and right -, which allow the boards or slats to be moved. With these, the blinds can be tilted vertically or horizontally - without electrical mechanisms, simply and conveniently.
The OpenUp terrace blinds are distinguished by the number of slots - as many as six. This makes it possible to fit as many as six boards or aluminium slats at once. Other solutions within the so-called "movable boards" (the colloquial name of the system for mounting terrace blinds) allow the installation of only five boards or slats. This means a higher installation cost.
What handle colours and infill material are available for patio blinds?
Compatibility:
- - the handles fit on boards with a cross-section of 9.8 × 2 cm and aluminium fins of 9.9 × 1.95 cm
- - thanks to the use of corrugated boards/profile slats when the blinds are closed the wall is smooth, without protruding angles
- - Choice of 5 handle colours (RAL 9005, 7016, 9003, 8016, 8024)
Infill material for terrace blinds:
- - unpainted wood (e.g. pine)
- - painted wood
- - aluminium: unpainted, painted, woodgrain
